Chocolate Muffin Cake

  • 1000g Krater Cocoa Muffin Cake Mix

  • 300g Krater Raspberry Filling

  • 300g Vegetable Oil

  • 250g Eggs

  • 250g Water


Whisk vegetable oil, eggs, water, and Krater Cocoa Muffin Cake Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.Transfer the mixture into muffin forms in equal amounts so that each form contains 90g mixture.Add 15g to 20g Krater Strawberry Filling in the middle of each form by means of a disposable piping bag.Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
