Strawberry Puff Pastry

INGREDIENTS
  • Krater Golden Cream 1000 g

  • Krater Whipping Master Cream 500 g

  • Water 2250 g
  • Puff pastry 500 g

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk Krater Golden Crème Patissière, Krater Whipping Master Cream, and water in a mixer bowl for 3 minutes at medium speed, and 5 minutes at high speed.

Cut the puff pastry as preferred and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Fill the baked and cooled puff pastry pieces with the cream in equal amounts.

Dust the pastry with powdered sugar, decorate with strawberries, and serve.
